Cancellation policy, booking and payment
PAYMENT
Payment for a confirmed order must be made no later than 24 hours before the start of the tour / excursion if paid online or no later than 48 hours before the start of the tour / excursion if paid in cash at any of the company's offices.
RESERVATION
Places for the selected tour / excursion are fixed to the client only after the order is confirmed by the company manager and the client has paid the full cost. Preliminary booking of specific seats in the bus is not made (exception for people with disabilities).
CANCELLATION
Refusal of the excursion is possible no later than 24 hours before the start of the program (tour / excursion). In case of refusal the full cost of the ticket is returned to the client. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the start of the program, the money will not be returned. An exception is the fact of the disease, confirmed by a certificate from the attending physician. A delay on a tour is considered as a non-appearance, in this case, a refund (the cost of the tour) to the late tourist is not carried out.

For children aged from 0 to 12 years inclusive, a children's ticket is provided (the cost is indicated in the description of the excursion).
Entrance tickets, meals and drinks are not included in the price, unless otherwise specified in the description of the excursion.
In accordance with the terms of the safety rules, the company reserves the right to cancel or postpone the excursion in the event of bad (unsuitable) weather conditions.
The company is not responsible for lost personal belongings during the excursions.
We kindly request our clients to come to the place of collection for the excursion 10 minutes before the time specified in the description of the excursion. In the event that at the specified time of collection, the tourist is not in place (due to being late), in order to avoid delays in the subsequent collection of tourists and the time of the excursion program, the company reserves the right not to wait for late tourists.
