– The cost of excursions for children under the age of 3 years - for free (without a seat).
– For children aged from 3 to 11 years inclusive, a children's ticket is provided (the cost is indicated in the description of the excursion).
– Entrance tickets, meals and drinks are not included in the price, unless otherwise specified in the description of the excursion.
– In accordance with the terms of the safety rules, the company reserves the right to cancel or postpone the excursion in the event of bad (unsuitable) weather conditions.
– The company reserves the right, without prior notice, to change the route of the excursion, if these changes are due to reasons beyond its control (weather conditions, etc.).
– All our clients are fully insured for the duration of the excursion.
– All vehicles transporting people are equipped with air conditioning systems.
– Transportation of people carried out by professional licensed drivers.
– According to the requirements of the legislation of Cyprus for young children, child seats in cars, including buses, should be provided. In this case, for a child (exception - infants under 1 year), a ticket must be purchased - a separate seat on the bus.
– Pre-booking seats in the bus is not made (except for people with disabilities).
– The company is not responsible for lost personal belongings during the excursions.
– If the excursion is rejected less than 24 hours before the beginning of the program, the money will not be refunded. The exception is the fact of the disease, confirmed by the medical organization.
– Delay on the excursion is considered as not appeared, in this case the return of money (the cost of the excursion) to the late tourist is not carried out.

– Kindly request: come to the place of collection for the excursion 10 minutes before the time specified in the description of the excursion. In the event that at the specified time of collection, the tourist is not in place (due to being late), in order to avoid delays in the subsequent collection of tourists and the time of the excursion program, the company reserves the right not to wait for late tourists.
